Botanical Gardens

Today, Curran and I went to the Botanical Gardens with my friend Marie and her 3 kids. It was a lot of fun. He loved running through the sprinklers. But it was very hot and he just passed out when we got home. So did I. We were also locked out of the house when we got home because I didn't have my purse or garage door opener with me. But Pradeep came home and let us in. Lesson learned!!!

Haircut!

Well, I had to do it even though I hated to. His hair was so long and thick and curly that he was constantly covered in sweat. And he hated for us to brush his hair because of the tangles. So as you can see, he doesn't look like a baby anymore. He's my little man!

Also, just to update you on the tantrum/sleeping situation: he's still not taking a nap consistently, but he will play quietly for several hours in the afternoon without fuss. He is having fewer and fewer tantrums, but he is still quite bossy. He even told me that he's bossy and I agreed with him.

But he is so affectionate these days as well. Especially with Mommy and of course, I'm loving that! He goes to science camp week after next and he's really looking forward to it. And then it's off to Seaside at the beginning of August. Should be fun!!!
